FEEL GREAT – LOOK AMAZING…. in business and beyond!

A uniquely designed course to help you discover your own style & make your wardrobe work for you, as well as provide you with the tools & solutions to achieve permanent success in weight loss and management and promote greater well being .
Inspirational, fun, rewarding and a great investment in you, each week we will focus on a different area to help you look amazing and feel great!
The following is a guideline of each week’s schedule – may be some overlap from week to week.

WEEK 1
COURSE INTRODUCTION &COLOUR ANALYSIS

Discover the colours that suit you best and learn how to enhance and complement your own natural colouring taking into account, hair and eye colour and skin tone.
WEIGHT – DECIDING ON WHAT IT IS YOU REALLY WANT
At this stage of your journey, it is not necessary to know exactly how you are going to get to where you want to be. The most important thing is to figure out where there actually is! If you are clear on the what, your head will take care of the how. We will look at simple, effective and practical goal setting tools to help you achieve success and shift those extra pounds…FOR GOOD! Also, introduce concept of daily diary. Optional weigh-in.

WEEK 2
MAKE-UP MASTERCLASS
Learn how to do a simple yet effective make-up to last all day; clear out your make-up bag and choose the right products for you; advice and tips on skin care, hair care and styling. (Volunteer required).
WEIGHT LOSS – WHATS THE CHALLENGE?
This week we will review your previous week’s progress, particularly identifying “Limiting Beliefs”, Blocks and Challenges…
“If you keep on doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting what you’ve always got”
This week we will introduce new behavioural change techniques that are easy to use and apply and will transform your mindset in to a positive “I can do it” place. This week we will introduce you to the Weigh Less ACT technique, an effective way to transform your thinking!

WEEK 3
STYLE & BODY SHAPE

Learn how to dress for your own unique shape – learn how to high-light and camouflage to your best advantage. Discover your own style personality with our specially devised Style Questionnaire!
PROGRESS ON PROGRESS
The best way to achieve your big goal is to break it down in to smaller steps that will bring you to where you want to be and then achieve the smaller steps one by one. We will review the specific steps that have helped you achieve success up until week 3 as well as introducing visualisation of the new you, which you are now well on the way to achieving. Explaining the 80/20 rule and how your progress is making you feel.

WEEK 4
WARDROBE WEEDING & SMART SHOPPING

Having discovered your unique colouring and style, Learn how to weed out your wardrobe – what works, what doesn’t and why. Find out the secrets of successful shopping depending on your colouring, shape, style personality and lifestyle.

THE FEEL GREAT REALITY CHECK!
This week we will assess what is working well and what is working well but can work better! There is no such thing as negative feedback, all feedback is positive if you choose to learn something from it; as it can tell you whether or not you are on or off course, how near or far you are from your goals and what you can do to improve your specific actions to ensure that you reach your goals and maintain them when you do reach them.

WEEK 5
FASHION TRENDS/ACCESSORIES

Now that you know your colouring, body-shape and style personality, find out what’s in the Autumn/Winter 2009 and what’s in the shops, how to update your wardrobe without spending a fortune, how to finish off an outfit and how to update your existing wardrobe with simple up-to-date accessories.
SWEET AND SOUR: CHALLENGES & CELEBRATIONS
This week is all about recognising your achievement and looking further at challenges ahead. We will look again at ACT and see how it is working to transform your thinking. We will also help you overcome other challenges such as resisting temptation, maintenance of your weight loss.

WEEK 6
THE NEW YOU!
How to put it all together – a review of grooming, confidence building, successful body language and how to dress for impact no matter what you do or where you’re going!
JOURNEYS END – A NEW BEGINING
This week we will assess what has worked best for you, the road ahead and how to continue on your road to success.
Feel Great – Look Amazing is delivered in a fun, interactive and non-judgmental style that supports each individual’s needs. The course includes your own personalised style bible including tailor-made handouts and information on all aspects of your style and a feel great progress & information pack.
